I wanna thanks Kim Rushing for her outstanding personality from day 1 meeting her a has been a blessing, very quick at what she do, I love the fact that she stays on your a** to make sure your doing your part in order for you to move in. Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. The manager Ms.Kim went above and beyond for me. I questioned weather or not I would get in she encouraged me. Highly recommended great community i walk for exercise in peace. The management team is excellent

Gatehouse apartment

Living at gatehouse has been a positive experience for me the staff is great from the office down to the maintenance crew. Mrs. Kim in office I’m especially thankful for she has been kind and down earth she has made sure I got a good home here, I am comfortable my concerns are heard. If you thinking about moving here I recommend it don’t knock it til you try it.

My welcome experience with Gatehouse

I want to start off saying that this review is all about Ms. Kimberly! From the time I called to inquire about the property she has provided stellar customer service. She is a very kind and professional person who I am blessed to have met. She kept me updated about the process and when I moved in she was not there and I was a little disappointed. However she did follow up with me and has made sure that my move in experience was great. I cannot stress enough about the excellent customer service I received from Ms. Kim. She is an outstanding person who makes me proud to be a member of the Gatehouse community.

Welcomed with a Smile

Mrs.Rushing did a phenomenal job she welcomed me in with a smile and when she showed me the unit I thought it was perfect. This is my first apartment and when I came here I wasn’t sure what to expect but the area is pretty good, the prices are amazing, and it’s near a lot of good shops and grocery stores.

Best Community

This is by far the best apartment community that I have ever lived in. I have renewed my lease for the second time going on my third year here. The office staff is amazing. Ashley is very attentive to her tenants needs and concerns. Whenever I call to get something fixed it is normally fixed the same day. I have never had a problem with her. I always recommend Gatehouse to some of the websites on FB. I tend to brag on her. She is awesome.
