Kim Rushing has been cordial and professional the whole time I have worked with her to get settled into my new apartment ... with Gatehouse. I decided to check the place out after reading the good reviews, and have not been disappointed. Doing the walk-through of my apartment before I even signed the lease, she was already marking small items which needed work orders. The week I moved in she even helped me get my carpets cleaned! This is by far the best apartment community that I have ever lived in. I have renewed my lease for the second time going ... on my third year here. The office staff is amazing. Ashley is very attentive to her tenants needs and concerns. Whenever I call to get something fixed it is normally fixed the same day. I have never had a problem with her.
