Keeping a Clean Community
Dear Residents,
As a reminder, leaving trash, rubbage, or bulky items (i.e. couches, chairs, tables, etc.) in the building breezeways and basement, on your patios and balconies, and next to (not inside) the dumpsters is strictly prohibited. If caught leaving trash, rubbage, or bulky items in any of these locations, you will be charged a $50 fee as a lease violation for each occurence.
